After reading around the web, I noticed there were many comments about the rock in the basement. I saw an episode where Buddy's brother came to town. He was a hustler and played pool with Rob. Well I was baffled when I found out Rob had a pool table, and guess what it was in the basement. Rob stated in one episode that he couldn't fit a full size pool table in the basement because of the rock! But I remember the episode of the rock in the basement of one of the houses when Rob bought both houses in Your Home Sweet Home Is My Home.

If you remember in Your Home Sweet Home Is My Home Season 4 Episode 25 that Rob told his accountant Bert Steele that he pays Jerry $37.50 because the rock from Rob's basement sends the water into Jerry's basement so they share the cost to tar the outside basement foundation. If you remember Rob also said that he could not fit a full size pool table in the basement with the rock! As you can see from the episode Hustling Hustler season 2 episode 5 that there is no rock and a full size pool table.
